Why would you need a Professional Witness?

Well, there are two main reasons why you would need our professional witness services.

• If you or your firm are unable to make a deposition for any reason, we are willing to travel to any location to monitor opposing counsel face-to-face. We will serve as an acting agent of your firm, that’s to say your eyes and ears of this particular case.

• We will immediately call a designated person at your firm to advise if the attorney has passed a note, whispered or any other tampering with the client’s particular question at hand.
